Specialist and Mandatory Nurse and Support Worker Training

Nurses and Support Workers working with clients with Brain, Spinal and profound and complex multiple disabilities will need specialist training as well as keeping their mandatory training up-to-date.  

360 Case Management’s Training Experts deliver training to Nurses and Support Workers working with babies, children and adults of all ages. Support Workers working with babies and young children are trained under complex care training systems managed by Nurse Managers. 
 
Training requirements are regularly reviewed to ensure the Support Worker’s skills are appropriate to the client’s needs. Mandatory Training is arranged and updated as required to comply with all legal requirements by our Training Department.

Specialist Complex Care Training

The Specialist Complex Care Training Programme delivers online training to Nursing staff and Support Workers working with babies and young children. Once the online training has been completed, staff are supervised and assessed by 360’s Nurse Trainers to ensure competency levels meet the required standards.
